关于黑穗醋栗枝条越冬死亡问题以往多注重生理干旱和冻害方面的研究,没有考虑到茶透羽蛾为害的威胁。研究证明,茶透羽蛾的为害能造成自然越冬(不埋土防寒)的黑穗醋栗枝条大量干枯死亡,并与虫害率有密切关系,虫害率越高枝条死亡率也越高,但虫害只是引起枝条死亡的次要原因,而不是主要原因。为使一些抗寒品种(薄皮黑豆、奥依宾等)能安全的自然越冬,防治茶透羽蛾的为害实属重要措施之一。
