目的实现小剂量红细胞制备的自动化和标准化。方法将小剂量去白红细胞制备关键控制点,融入全自动血液成分分离机的控制软件中,进行编程,从而实现成分分离机来制备小剂量去白悬浮红细胞产品。结果使用成分分离机制备的小剂量去白悬浮红细胞,分装后的小剂量产品容量稳定,分别为(50.77±7.68)和(50.30±6.22)m L(P>0.05);血红蛋白含量均匀,分别为(10.01±1.79)和(9.97±1.59)g(P>0.05);小剂量去白悬浮红细胞应用于临床后,患儿血红蛋白的实际升高值和理论值,分别为(83.50±9.53)和(80.50±5.46)g/L(P>0.05)两者比较无统计学差异,符合国家相关标准要求。结论使用成分分离机制备的小剂量去白悬浮红细胞产品能够保证质量且临床治疗效果肯定。
Objective To automate and standardize the preparation of low-dose erythrocytes. Methods A small dosage of white blood cells to prepare key control points, integrated into the automatic blood component separator control software, programming, in order to achieve component separation machine to prepare low-dose to white suspension of red blood cell products. Results The small volume of white blood cell suspension was prepared using the component separator. The volume of the small dose of the product was stable (50.77 ± 7.68) and (50.30 ± 6.22) m L (P> 0.05), respectively. The hemoglobin content was uniform (10.01 ± 1.79) and (9.97 ± 1.59) g, respectively (P> 0.05). The actual increase and the theoretical value of hemoglobin in children with low-dose white-removing erythrocytes were (83.50 ± 9.53) and (80.50 ± 5.46) g / L (P> 0.05), there was no significant difference between them, which accorded with the requirements of relevant national standards. Conclusion The preparation of low-dose white blood cells using a component separator can ensure the quality of products and clinical treatment effect is certain.
