研究了Fe-Al(0.04%、0.5%和3%Al)合金中CaO和MgO还原及夹杂物变性。进行了实验室试验,在不同Al含量下,Al还原了渣和坩埚中的MgO。在2%Al时,MgO和CaO还原,在0.5%Al和0.03%Al时也发生MgO还原,但没有发现Ca还原。金属中Mg和Ca的质量转移由速率决定。在所有Al含量下,Mg的质量转移用驱动力远远高于Ca。只有在2%Al时,才可以观察到Ca的质量转移。
The reduction of CaO and MgO and the inclusion degeneration in Fe-Al (0.04%, 0.5% and 3% Al) alloys were investigated. A laboratory test was conducted. At different Al contents, Al reduced the slag and MgO in the crucible. At 2% Al, MgO and CaO were reduced, MgO reduction occurred at 0.5% Al and 0.03% Al, but no Ca reduction was found. The mass transfer of Mg and Ca in metals is determined by the rate. The driving force for the mass transfer of Mg is much higher than that of Ca at all Al contents. The mass transfer of Ca was observed only at 2% Al.
