本文测定109名正常学龄儿童的尿渗量,其平均值为748.7±219.7mOsm/kgH_2O。并测定32例各种肾脏疾病患儿的血、尿渗量,再计算尿、血渗比,纯(无溶质)水清除率,以了解肾脏的浓缩功能变化。结果显示在肾小管性疾病及慢性肾炎中肾脏浓缩功能明显降低,在急性肾功能衰竭时变化更为显著。作者认为尿,血渗比及纯水清除率可作为肾小管功能障碍、急性肾衰早期诊断及恢复期随访的重要指标。
Urine osmolality was measured in 109 normal school-aged children with an average of 748.7 ± 219.7 mOsm / kg H 2 O. The blood and urinary osmolality of 32 children with various kidney diseases were measured. Urinary, blood-to-urine ratio and pure (non-solute) water clearance rate were calculated to understand the changes of renal function. The results show that in renal tubular disease and chronic nephritis renal function was significantly reduced, acute renal failure in the more significant changes. The author believes that urine, blood ratio and pure water clearance rate can be used as an important indicator of renal tubular dysfunction, early diagnosis and recovery of acute renal failure.
