旅游地卫生间的服务水平是衡量一个地区旅游服务的质量水平高低的指标之一。目前我国旅游地卫生间建设和管理存在以下问题,旅游地公共卫生间整体设计布局缺乏科学化、合理化;重视旅游地卫生间的建设,忽视管理和维护工作;卫生间建筑设计缺整体性,与周围文化格格不入。旅游地的管理部门应该从以下方面入手提高整个卫生间的服务水平。科学、合理规划旅游地卫生间布局;建设旅游地卫生间工作个人负责制度,提高管理水平;整体布局,凸显文化特色;提升整个国民文明出行、如厕的素养;提升科技水平,建设生态厕所。提高旅游地公共卫生间的整体的服务质量水平。
The service level of tourist toilets is one of the indicators to measure the quality level of travel services in a region. At present, there are some problems in the construction and management of toilets in tourist areas in China. The overall design and layout of public toilets in tourist areas are lack of scientific and rationalization. The construction of toilets in tourist areas is emphasized while the management and maintenance work is neglected. The design of toilets is not integrated and is not alienated from the surrounding culture. The management of tourism should start from the following aspects to improve the service level of the entire bathroom. Scientific and rational planning of the layout of the tourist area toilets; construction of tourist toilets personal responsibility system, improve the management level; overall layout, highlighting the cultural characteristics; to enhance the entire civilized travel, toilet quality; to enhance science and technology, building ecological toilets. Improve the overall quality of service of public toilets in tourist areas.
