本文报告了在培养基中添加木质素及其前体(Precursor)能促进香菇营养生长以及子实体形成的研究结果。材料与方法 (二)菌株采用静冈大学植物病理学研究室保存的No.2、No.4、No.22及No.68菌株,除No.68菌株为野生种外,其余均为人工栽培种。 (二)培养基基础培养基为蛋白胨6克,葡萄糖30克,KH_2PO_4 0.5克,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.5克,CaCl_2·2H_2O 0.1克,FeSO_4·7H_2O 10毫克,MoO_3·H_2O 3毫克,CuSO_4·5H_2O 1毫克,MnCl_2
This paper reports the results of studies on the nutrient growth and fruiting body formation in mushrooms by adding lignin and its precursor (Precursor) to the medium. Materials and Methods (2) Strain Strain Nos. 2, No. 4, No. 22 and No. 68 stored in the Laboratory of Plant Pathology, Shizuoka University were used for artificial cultivation except that No. 68 strain was wild type Species.
