立足我国油气行业地下空间利用现状,分析了油气行业地下空间利用过程中的相关法律以及实践中存在的问题,提出了通过不动产登记处理油气行业地下空间利用中有关问题的对策。
Based on the current situation of underground space utilization in oil and gas industry in our country, the related laws and problems in underground space utilization of oil and gas industry are analyzed. Some countermeasures are put forward to deal with the problems in underground space utilization of oil and gas industry through real estate registration.
