螺内酯化学名为7α-乙酰硫基-17—羟基-3-氧-17α一孕甾-4-烯-2l-γ-内酯,分子式为C24H32O4S,是人工合成的类固醇类药物。它的结构与醛固酮类似,是醛固酮的竞争性抑制剂,能够干扰醛固酮保钠排钾的功能,它是一种利尿药,在临床上常用于治疗原发性高血压和与醛固酮升高有关的顽固性水肿。根据其螺环的生成方法可以将螺内酯的合成工艺分为两类,本文将着重对螺内酯的合成工艺及其改进进行分析。
