散打是在中国悠久文化熏陶下产生的,其发展过程一直围绕攻防技击,随着散打竞赛规则的不断完善,其技术体系也发生了很大变化,但攻防技击始终应是散打发展的前提,同时攻防技击是散打的本质或灵魂,散打运动的健康发展离不开科学理论的指导,离不开对民族传统文化的汲取。只有这样,散打才能在未来的发展道路上找到自己的位置,从而更有利于散打运动的发展方向。
