试验用红外线CO_2分析仪研究了土壤干旱、干旱锻炼对温州蜜柑Citrusunshiu光合特性的影响。结果表明,在干旱过程中其净光合、暗呼吸和叶片相对含水量的下降远远落后于土壤相对含水量的下降,表现出温州蜜柑一定的抗旱性。对温州蜜柑进行灌溉的临界土壤相对含水量为33.9%。干旱锻炼提高了温州蜜柑在水分胁迫环境中的光合能力,增强了抗旱性。严重的土壤干旱所引起的光合下降与气孔关闭和叶绿素分解有关。
The effects of soil arid and arid exercises on the photosynthetic characteristics of Citrus hunshiu were studied by infrared CO_2 analyzer. The results showed that the decrease of net photosynthesis, dark respiration and leaf relative water content in the drought lags far behind the decrease of soil relative water content, indicating some drought resistance of Satsuma. The relative water content of critical soil for the irrigation of Wenzhou mandarin was 33.9%. Drought exercise increased photosynthetic capacity and increased drought resistance of Satsuma mandarin in water stress environment. Photosynthetic decline caused by severe soil drought is related to stomatal closure and chlorophyll breakdown.
