当前我国文化创意产业发展方兴未艾,但是发展中的不足诸如产业价值链不健全、缺乏创意和创新、同质化竞争等等正成为未来文化创意产业做强做大的瓶颈,如何针对文化创意企业“小、散、弱、乱”的局面,构建完整的产业价值链、用品牌化经营经受市场的考验,真正地做大做强,本文试通过梳理评述奥飞娱乐的探索和实践以期为文化创意企业的发展提供可资借鉴的思路与路径。
