目的探讨手术室优质护理服务实践及效果。方法选取我院2015年9月~2016年9月接收的100例行手术治疗的患者进行临床分析,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理和优质护理,观察其护理效果。结果观察组患者的综合护理评分为(88.9±5.8)分,对照组患者的综合护理评分为(71.5±3.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为94.0%,对照组患者的护理满意度为72.0%,相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论手术室的患者采用优质护理服务可以提高患者的满意度,可以在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the practice and effect of quality nursing service in operating room. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients were given routine nursing and quality nursing respectively, and their nursing effects were observed. Results The comprehensive nursing score of the observation group was (88.9 ± 5.8) points, while the control group was (71.5 ± 3.8) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 94.0%, while that in the control group was 72.0%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion The operating room patients using high-quality care services can improve patient satisfaction, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
