通过对现有液压剪切器的结构进行分析,针对其不足之处,根据TRIZ理论的发明方法进行了重新设计,得出多种新的剪切器结构。并对新的结构进行了比较分析,同样的液压系统上,新的剪切器增大了剪切力。
Through the analysis of the structure of the existing hydraulic shears, according to the deficiencies, according to the invention of TRIZ theory, a new design was made, and a variety of new shearer structures were obtained. The new structure was compared and analyzed. On the same hydraulic system, the new shearer increased shearing force.
