目的为保障儿童身心健康,进一步有针对性地对托幼机构儿童保健工作提供科学的管理和卫生指导。方法对2013年千阳县16所托幼机构3 350名儿童的健康体检资料进行分析。结果不同性质、不同区域的托幼机构儿童体格发育和患病情况不同。结论应加强托幼机构儿童保健工作,尤其要对生长发育迟缓、肥胖或营养不良儿童及贫血、龋齿、视力低下儿童进行重点管理,同时要与家长进行有效沟通,家园配合,保障儿童身心健康。
Objective To further protect the physical and mental health of children and further provide targeted management and health guidance to child care work in child-care institutions. Methods The health examination data of 3 350 children from 16 nurseries in Qianyang County in 2013 were analyzed. Results Different types of child care institutions in different regions of different physical development and prevalence. Conclusion Child care work in nurseries should be strengthened. In particular, children with growth retardation, obesity or malnutrition, children with anemia, dental caries and poor eyesight should be given priority management. At the same time, effective communication and home-school cooperation with parents should be conducted to ensure children’s physical and mental health.
