铁路内燃机车柴油机润滑油有独特的性能要求。本文参照美国机车维修者协会（ＬＭＯＡ）三代油的质量水平，并结合我国具体情况，采用多种模拟评定手段及国际通用的１－Ｇｚ、Ｌ－３８台架评定，进行三代油复合配方的研究。研制出的三代油已达到ＬＭＯＡ三代油质量水平。现场一个架修期（２×１０５ｋｍ以上）的使用试验结果也表明：其各项性能均比１＃油优越，换油期比１＃油延长一倍以上，具有显著的经济及社会效益。
Diesel locomotive diesel engine lubricants have unique performance requirements. In this paper, according to the quality standards of three generations of LMOA, combined with China’s specific conditions, using a variety of simulation assessment methods and internationally accepted 1-Gz, L-38 bench assessment, the study of three generations of oil compound formula . Developed three generations of oil has reached the LMOA three generations of oil quality levels. The test results of one set-up period (over 2 × 105km) on-site also show that its performance is superior to that of No.1 oil, and its oil change period is more than double than that of No.1 oil, which has significant economic and social benefits.
