秦山核电二期1、2号机组汽轮机控制保护系统使用西屋电气公司的WDPF Ⅱ产品已超过10年。近年来,西屋公司停止备件生产,且获得WDPF Ⅱ操作系统Solaris开发商Sun公司的技术支持也越来越难。所以,秦山业主决定请西屋公司用OVATION系统对汽轮机控制保护系统改造升级,并同时设计主调门的冗余控制方案,以避免阀门控制故障导致功率波动。秦山核电二期1、2号机组使用机械超速危急遮断系统提供冗余超速保护功能。但是该系统试验困难且充满风险,试验易引发超速,所以秦山业主采用西屋公司方案,增加一套独立电超速跳机系统DOPS替代机械超速危急遮断系统。

In recent years, Westinghouse stopped production of spare parts and getting technical support from Solaris, a WDPF II operating system Solaris developer, has become increasingly difficult. Therefore, Qinshan owners decided to ask Westinghouse to use OVATION system to upgrade and upgrade the turbine control and protection system, and at the same time design the main control door redundant control scheme to avoid valve control failure leading to power fluctuations. Qinshan Nuclear Power Unit 2 and Unit 2 use mechanical overspeed emergency cut-off system to provide redundant overspeed protection. Therefore, Qinshan owners adopted Westinghouse’s plan to add a set of DOPS independent speed overspeed emergency shutdown system.
