儿童福利机构中的社会工作者在工作过程会遭遇许多难以处理和把握的伦理困境,其中最为常见的便是“双重关系”问题。本文摘取服务过程中遇到的几则“双重关系”伦理困境,通过对社会工作者在实务工作中如何面临伦理抉择的探讨指出,实务工作者需要一套本土化的《社会工作伦理守则》以规范自身专业行为。 Social workers in child welfare agencies will encounter many ethical dilemmas that are difficult to handle and grasp during their work. The most common one is the “double relationship” issue. This paper extracts several “double relationship” ethical dilemmas encountered in the service process. Through the discussion of how social workers face ethical choices in practical work, practitioners need a set of localized “social work ethics Code ”to regulate their professional behavior.
