民用建筑如办公楼、教学楼、住宅等建筑物,一般都按线荷计算条形基础;最容易疏忽部分基础面积上荷载的重复,即在纵横墙交接处,纵墙基础面积被横墙所占有;或者说,横墙基础面积被纵墙所占有,如图1所示。这样就可能使基底压力超过地基容许承载力,在软弱地基上尤为突出。对一般住宅,当基底压力超过地基承载力20~30%时,建筑物就很不安全,为此,本文提出两种修正计算方法,作为按线荷计算条基方法韵改进,当然,在纵横墙交接处加大基础面
Civil buildings, such as office buildings, teaching buildings, and residential buildings, are generally calculated according to the line load; it is most likely to neglect the repetition of the load on some basic areas, that is, at the intersection of the vertical and horizontal walls, the area of the vertical wall is the horizontal wall. Occupy; or say, the base area of the cross wall is occupied by the vertical wall, as shown in Figure 1. This may cause the base pressure to exceed the foundation allowable bearing capacity, especially prominent on soft ground. For general residences, when the base pressure exceeds the bearing capacity of the foundation by 20 to 30%, the building is very unsafe. For this reason, two correction calculation methods are proposed in this paper, which are used as a method to calculate the basis of the line load and improve the rhyme, of course, Wall junctions increase the base surface
