The international friend market is the trade of goods that exists outside the formal sales channels driven by the price difference between the same goods in different countries. Gray market trading disrupts the production and supply plans of international companies, disrupting market prices, damaging product reputation and corporate image, squeezing the market share of legitimate dealers, and taking the advertising interests and after-sales services at no cost. Enterprises should carefully choose the dealer, reasonable pricing, strengthen market forecasts, maintain proper production, supply and inventory levels, in order to reduce the damage of the gray market transactions.
