目的探讨腔内激光治疗(endovenous laser treatment,EVLT)下肢静脉曲张疗效。方法2004年3月~2006年3月对106例118条下肢静脉曲张,单纯采用EVLT72例78条患肢、EVLT联合大隐静脉高位结扎术19例21条患肢、EVLT联合点式切口剥脱严重曲张浅静脉15例19条患肢。结果7条患肢小腿皮肤轻度灼伤,10条患肢有明显血栓性浅静脉炎样表现,26条肢体沿大隐静脉行程皮下小片淤斑,5条患肢出现大腿内侧大片皮下淤斑。74例80条患肢随访3~12个月,平均6个月,1例隐神经损伤,1例术后1个月复发,余73例症状均消失,多普勒超声检查大隐静脉主干闭塞,无血管再通,深静脉无血栓形成。结论EVLT治疗下肢静脉曲张损伤小,术后恢复快,近期疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of endovenous laser treatment (EVLT) on varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods From March 2004 to March 2006, 106 patients with 118 varicose veins of lower extremities were enrolled. A total of 78 limbs with EVLT in 72 cases and EVLT combined with high saphenous vein in 19 cases with 21 limbs were severely exfoliated. Varicose veins in 15 cases of 19 limbs. Results Seven limbs were slightly burns on the calf skin. The superficial thrombophlebitis was obvious in 10 limbs. Subcutaneous small ecchymosis was observed in 26 limbs along the saphenous vein. Large subcutaneous eclampsia was found in 5 limbs. 74 cases of 80 limbs were followed up for 3 to 12 months, an average of 6 months, 1 case of saphenous nerve injury, 1 case of recurrence after 1 month, more than 73 cases of symptoms disappeared, Doppler ultrasound examination of the main saphenous vein occlusion , No recanalization, no thrombosis in deep veins. Conclusion EVLT treatment of varicose veins of lower limb injury, rapid recovery, the recent satisfactory results.
