介绍了国家空管运行规划与安全技术重点实验室的目标定位,以及取得的成就。分析了建设过程中面临的校企对接、管理体制不完善、人才短缺、创新服务体系不完善等各种困难。针对这些困难,提出了该实验室未来继续建设的思路和建议,主要包括是以培育高水平创新团队为核心,以孵化高技术项目为突破点,最终目的是提升为国家空管技术战略升级提供全方位智力支持能力。
The target orientation of the State Key Laboratory of ATC Operation Planning and Safety Technology and the achievements made are also introduced. It analyzes various difficulties such as the docking between school and enterprise, the imperfect management system, the shortage of qualified personnel and the imperfect service innovation system in the process of construction.
