《宋史·刑法志》三卷,错讹甚多.昔日邓广铭先生曾撰文考正过,读者得益匪浅.嗣后,中华书局出版的点校本以及其他同志先后又纠正了不少错误.但其中仍有一些舛讹未被注意.今不揣浅陋,试加以辨正.页4964 熙宁初,置局修敕,……元丰中始成书二十有六卷.按:《刑法志》所言与实不符.《宋会要辑稿·刑法》一之九载:“(熙宁)六年八月七日,提举编敕、宰臣王安石上《删定编敕赦书德育附令敕申明敕目录》,共二十六卷.”《玉海》卷六六《熙宁编敕》条同.又《宋史》卷二○四《艺文志》载:“王安石《熙宁详定编敕》等二十五卷.”《宋会要辑稿》言二十六卷,此云二十五卷者,当不包括目录一卷)以是知自熙宁初置局修敕,至熙宁中曾修定成新《编敕》二十六卷.《刑法志》云“元丰中始成书”,误也.元丰中所成书《元丰敕令式》,考《玉海》卷六六《元丰诸司敕式编敕》条,作七十一卷,与《刑法志》所言“二十有六卷”数不合.疑《刑法志》所云:“元丰中”为“熙宁中”之误.
