近来,我们在流感监测中,发现了甲型流感病毒发生了相变异。据我们所知,H3N2亚型毒株发生相变为首次发现。“O”相毒株的出现,宣告了鸡胚已不是流感病毒最敏感的宿主,鸡红细胞已不是流感病毒红细胞测定中最理想的细胞。同时指出了,虽然狗肾传代细胞(MDCK Cells)对当前人群中所流行的流感病毒敏感性较高,但它是传代细胞有致癌性,由它分离出的病毒不能用于疫苗生产。故寻找一种对流感病毒敏感又不具有致癌性的细胞已刻不容缓。
Recently, during the surveillance of influenza, we found that the influenza A virus was mutated in phase. To the best of our knowledge, a phase change in the H3N2 subtype was first detected. “O ” phase of the virus, the announcement that the chicken embryo is not the most sensitive host of influenza virus, chicken erythrocytes is not the most ideal cells for influenza virus erythrocyte assay. At the same time, it is pointed out that although MDCK Cells are more sensitive to influenza viruses currently circulating in the population, they are carcinogenic to the passaged cells and the virus isolated from them can not be used for vaccine production. Therefore, it is urgent to find a cell which is sensitive to influenza virus but not carcinogenic.
