利用就业增长率、就业份额、结构偏离度等指标考察浙江服务业及内部行业的就业效应与特征,利用趋势预测法推算浙江未来五年服务业就业人数及占比。分析发现,服务业发展对就业总体呈正“吸入”效应,服务业就业的行业分化和异质特征明显,差别化施策、优化服务业内部结构可大量吸纳高层次人才、缓解高校毕业生就业压力、改善就业质量。
Using employment growth rate, employment share, structural deviation and other indicators to examine the employment effect and characteristics of Zhejiang’s service industry and its internal industries, and using the trend forecast method to calculate the number and proportion of Zhejiang’s employment in the next five years. The analysis shows that the development of service industry has a positive positive effect on employment. Industry differentiation and heterogeneous characteristics of employment in service industry are obvious. Differentiating policies and optimizing internal structure of service industry can absorb high-level talents and ease the employment of college graduates Pressure, improve the quality of employment.
