稻螟赤眼蜂Trichogramma japonicum Ashmead是水稻螟虫的重要卵寄生性天敌,对水稻螟虫的自然种群有着一定的控制作用。本文以稻螟赤眼蜂预蛹期作为冷藏时期,在0、3、6、10℃4个温度和0、5、10、15、20、25、30 d 7个冷藏时间条件下,以羽化率、雌蜂百分率、寄生米蛾卵数量、雌蜂寿命、种群趋势指数作为指标,调查了冷藏对稻螟赤眼蜂品质的影响。研究表明,在4个温度下,稻螟赤眼蜂各指标均随着冷藏时间的增加而降低。各冷藏温度中,以0℃最为敏感,冷藏至5 d时,羽化率(38.11%)和寄生米蛾卵数量(19.4粒)显著低于未冷藏处理;冷藏至15 d时,雌蜂寿命由3.1 d降至1.9 d,种群趋势指数由23.36下降至1.07。10℃下,稻螟赤眼蜂各指标下降最为缓慢,冷藏至10 d时,羽化率(85.35%)和寄生米蛾卵数量(24.3个)与冷藏0 d的差异不显著;冷藏至15 d时,雌蜂寿命(2.7 d)与冷藏0 d的差异也不显著,种群趋势指数为12.52。综合各指标,工厂化繁殖稻螟赤眼蜂时,其适宜冷藏温度为10℃,冷藏时间为10 d。
Trichogramma japonicum Ashmead is an important egg parasitoid natural enemy of rice stem borers and has a certain control effect on the natural population of rice stem borers. In this paper, the pre-pupal stage of Trichogramma ostriniae was used as the refrigerated period. Under the conditions of 0, 4, 6, 10 ℃ and 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 d, The percentage of female bees, the number of eggs of moth, the life expectancy of female wasps and the population trend index were used as indicators to investigate the effects of cold storage on the quality of Trichogramma ostriniae. The results showed that the indexes of Trichogramma ostriniae decreased with the increase of chilling time at four temperatures. The fecundity rate (38.11%) and the number of parasitized moth eggs (19.4 grains) were significantly lower than those of the non-refrigerated ones when refrigerated at 5 days, 3.1 d dropped to 1.9 d, and the population trend index decreased from 23.36 to 1.07.10 ℃. The indexes of Trichogramma ostriniae decreased most slowly at 10 d, and the emergence rate (85.35%) and the number of moth eggs There was no significant difference between the females and the 0 d after cold storage for 15 days. The difference between the females’ longevity (2.7 d) and 0 d after cold storage was not significant, and the population trend index was 12.52. When synthesizing each index, Trichogramma ostriniae was propagated in industrialized factory, its suitable temperature for refrigeration was 10 ℃ and its refrigerating time was 10 d.
