目的 帕金森氏综合征多伴有直立性低血压、排尿困难等植物神经功能紊乱 ,本文旨在研究 2者间的实质性关系。方法 使用长时间心电分析仪 ,记录 2 4h动态心电图 (Holer)、记录全程和每小时低波值、高波数值 ,尤其 2者比值 ,软件分析处理。结果 观察对照组、MSA组和PD组比较发现 ,后两组明显低下 ,其中MSA比PD组更明显。结论 定量观察 2 4h心率变化 ,分析比较组间关系 ,说明帕金森氏病与植物神经功能有正相关趋势。
Purpose Parkinson’s syndrome is often accompanied by orthostatic hypotension, dysuria and other autonomic dysfunction, this paper aims to study the substantive relationship between the two. Methods Long-time electrocardiographic analyzer was used to record 24 hours Holter, recording the full and hourly low and high wave values, especially the ratio of 2, software analysis and processing. Results In the control group, MSA group and PD group, the latter two groups were significantly lower than the PD group. MSA was more obvious than PD group. Conclusions Quantitative observation of 24 h heart rate changes, analysis of the relationship between groups analyzed, indicating that Parkinson’s disease and autonomic nervous system function have a positive correlation trend.
