目的本研究旨在建立上海地区正常儿童上气道其周围结构的X线头影测量的正常值。方法运用计算机辅助X线头影测量技术,对116例替牙期和恒牙早期的正常儿童的X线头颅侧位定位片进行研究。结果随着儿童年龄的增长,舌体、软腭和口腔容积逐渐增大,舌骨位置逐渐下降。咽部的形态结构存在明显的性别差异。结论替牙列期和恒牙早期的儿童都应按性别分别建立上气道及期周围结构的正常值范围。
Objective This study aimed to establish the normal values of the cephalometric measurements of the upper airway structure of normal children in Shanghai. Methods Using computer-aided X-ray cephalometric technique, 116 cases of X-ray cephalometric positioning films of normal children in the period of early molars and early molars were studied. Results With the increase of children’s age, the volume of tongue, soft palate and oral cavity gradually increased, and the position of hyoid bone decreased gradually. Pharyngeal morphological structure of the existence of significant gender differences. Conclusion The normal range of upper airway and peri-periodontal structures should be established separately by gender for both the dentition and early-stage children.
