目的促进医学生身心健康发展。方法采用问卷调查法对医学生的疲劳现状进行调查。结果医学生疲劳检出率为36.9%,且躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳性别、年级差异有统计学意义。导致医学生疲劳的因素主要有专业性质、社会期待与就业压力、学习压力、自我效能感和情绪等。结论高校应着力加强校园文化建设,提高专业教学管理水平,重视心理健康教育,同时医学生自身也要有抗疲劳意识,并主动采取应对措施进行自我调节。
Objective To promote the healthy development of medical students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the fatigue status of medical students. Results The detection rate of medical students’ fatigue was 36.9%, and the difference between physical fatigue and mental fatigue were statistically significant. The main factors leading to the fatigue of medical students are professional nature, social expectations and employment pressure, learning stress, self-efficacy and emotions. Conclusion Colleges and universities should focus on strengthening campus culture, improve professional teaching management, pay attention to mental health education, and medical students themselves should also have anti-fatigue awareness and take the initiative to take countermeasures to self-regulation.
