执行机构采用液压传动装置,这在现代炼钢电孤炉电极自动调节系统中已被广泛使用。本文应用经典控制论的原理,对锡钢电弧炉电极自动调节系统进行了初步分析,并在建立系统数学模型的基础上。提出了电极自动调节器的设计方法。
Actuators using hydraulic transmission, which in modern steel furnace electrode automatic adjustment system has been widely used. In this paper, the principle of classical cybernetics is used to analyze the electrode automatic adjusting system of tin steel electric arc furnace. Based on the establishment of mathematical model of the system, The design method of electrode automatic regulator is proposed.
