The special propaganda committee stationed in Europe is the institution where the Propaganda Department of the Central Government of the Kuomintang stationed in Europe, counseling the overseas Chinese in the trip to Japan, expanding international publicity, contacting people from other European countries and assisting the Chinese community to impose sanctions on Japanese aggression. The report reflects a series of activities carried out by the Agency from May 1938 to May 1939, including its propaganda work and its cooperation with international organizations such as the International Peace Promotion Association, the British Commission on China-China Cooperation, the French Friendship Society of China and other international organizations.
