完全阻断大鼠肝脏供血30分钟后,肝组织ATP含量,β受体数目、腺苷酸环化酶反应性和cAMP含量均表现为显著降低。结果提示,细胞信息传递功能异常和能量物质缺乏是急性肝缺血早期的基本病理生理改变,并且在某种程度上促进了急性肝功能衰竭的发生。
After completely blocking the rat liver blood supply for 30 minutes, the ATP content, the number of beta receptors, the adenylyl cyclase reactivity and the cAMP content in the liver tissue all showed a significant decrease. The results suggest that abnormal cell signaling and energy deficiency are the basic pathophysiological changes in the early stage of acute hepatic ischemia and to a certain extent, promote the occurrence of acute liver failure.
