目前低压电器行业总的情况是:产品质量差、品种少、水平低;多数制造厂的经济效益不高。整个行业迫切需要进行技术改造,以适应“三上一提高”的要求。但是,限于财力、物力,国家只能对低压电器五大基地进行重点投资改造。如仅对少数厂进行重点改造,又不能使整个行业迅速改变面貌。能不能在现有条件下加快技术改造的步伐?能,这要从行业的现状和特点中找出路。
At present, the general situation of the low-voltage electrical industry is: poor product quality, fewer varieties, and low levels; most manufacturers are not economically efficient. The entire industry urgently needs to carry out technological transformation to meet the “three-up one” requirement. However, due to financial and material resources, the state can only make major investment transformations in the five bases of low-voltage electrical appliances. If only a few factories are reformed, the whole industry will not change quickly. Can we speed up the pace of technological transformation under existing conditions? This should find a way out of the current status and characteristics of the industry.
