苯乙烯(styrene)被广泛地应用于玻璃钢生产等制造聚苯乙烯的工业生产中。多年来,人们对苯乙烯在动物体内的动力学作了大量的研究,但对人体的研究报导甚少。本文对人体呼出气中的苯乙烯及尿中代谢产物作了动态观察,为研究能快速、准确地反映机体反应与接触剂量关系的苯乙烯生物阈限值(BEI)提供理论依据。
Styrene (styrene) is widely used in the production of glass fiber reinforced plastic and other industrial production. Over the years, people have done a lot of research on the kinetics of styrene in animals, but few reports on the human body. In this paper, the dynamic changes of styrene and urinary metabolites in exhaled breath of human beings were investigated. This study provides a theoretical basis for the study of the biological threshold of styrene (BEI), which can reflect the relationship between body response and exposure dose quickly and accurately.
