体外培养的蚊细胞不仅可用以从细胞水平上研究蚊虫的生理、生化、遗传、毒理及与病原体之间的关系,而且在蚊虫的防治研究中越来越发挥着重要的作用。转基因蚊虫的研究须在蚊细胞水平上的基因表达和调控研究为基础。最近还从Sidbis病毒构建了蚊细胞基因转移载体,正用于发展超级蚊虫病毒杀虫剂。同时亦为蚊细胞用于基因工程产业打下了基础。目前,按蚊中已建立4种蚊细胞系,但都以新孵幼虫为材料,我们建立了按蚊中第一个卵巢细胞系——中华按蚊卵巢细胞系,命名为Anso242。材料和方法
Mosquito cells cultured in vitro can not only be used to study the physiological, biochemical, genetic, toxicological and relationship between mosquitoes and pathogens at the cellular level, but also play more and more important roles in the prevention and treatment of mosquitoes. The study of transgenic mosquitoes must be based on the study of gene expression and regulation at the mosquito level. Mosquito gene transfer vectors have also recently been constructed from Sidbis virus and are being used to develop super mosquito virus insecticides. It also laid the foundation for the use of mosquito cells in the genetic engineering industry. At present, four kinds of mosquito cell lines have been established in Anopheles mosquitoes, but all of which use newly hatched larvae as materials. We have established the anopheles ovary cell line - Anopheles sinensis ovarian cell line named Anso242. Materials and Method
