由布鲁氏菌所引起的布鲁氏菌病,主要特征为发热、流产,是世界范围之内人畜共患慢性细菌传染病,对多种动物的健康带来了严重的影响,同时也影响着人们的生命健康和生产生活。布鲁氏菌能够感染多种家畜、野生动物,也可以感染人类,给国家、养殖户以及生产者带来了严重的损失,还会引起一系列公共卫生的问题。基于此,研究布鲁氏菌检查办法,能够为该病的预防和治疗提供针对性的解决信息。本研究主要阐述了免疫学ELASA和PCR等布鲁氏菌检测技术,这些快速检测技术均能够准确的检测出布鲁氏菌。

This study mainly focused on the immunological ELASA and PCR detection methods such as Brucella, these rapid detection techniques are able to accurately detect Brucella.
