目的:制定丹芪脑血康胶囊制剂工艺并建立质量标准中薄层鉴别方法。方法:根据原处方临床应用方法结合各药味成分性质设计合理的制剂工艺,并采用薄层色谱法建立主要组成药味丹参、黄芪、人工牛黄、三七、川芎、大黄的鉴别方法,以空白对照法进行专属性研究。结果:该制剂工艺稳定、可行,各药味的鉴别方法具备专属性强,方便可行,重现性良好,可作为该产品的生产和质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To develop the preparation technology of Danqi Naoxikang capsule and to establish the TLC identification method in quality standard. Methods: According to the clinical application of the original prescription and the combination of the ingredients of each flavor, a reasonable preparation process was designed. The main components of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Astragalus, Artificial Bezoar, Panax notoginseng, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhubarb were identified by TLC. Conduct a special study. Results: The preparation process was stable and feasible. The methods of identification of each flavor were highly specific, convenient and reproducible, and could be used as the production and quality control methods of the product.
