《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》已经成为今后推进健康中国建设的重要行动纲领。体育,尤其是学校体育在健康中国背景下被赋予了新的责任和内涵。然而,高职院校的体育教育理念多年以来一直存在着认识偏差和理解模糊,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地调查法等研究方法进行调查研究,认为:从根源上正确认识和准确定位高职院校的体育教育理念;深入认识体育教育理念的内涵,构建适合高职教育特征的体育教育过程;准确明晰定位体育课程,充分体现高职院校的特色和专业特点;开发和优化体育教材,彰显其实用性和适用性;注重体育课教学质量和效果的评价,将重心始终放在课内教学;高职院校的体育教育要准确对接企业需求,重视培养学生的职业能力和专业素养;加强体育师资队伍的建设;注重广大学生对体育课教学质量和效果的评价,特别要多借鉴同类院校体育教育的亮点和优点,始终保持体育课教学的与时俱进,才能最终形成正确的高职院校体育教育理念。
