The Standard of Chinese Curriculum mentioned the cultivation of good study habits to an unprecedented level. The term “habit” appeared directly eight times. Other indirect descriptions pertaining to Chinese language learning habits ran through the new curriculum standards all along. Good learning habits are the key to comprehensively improving students’ qualities. Do not make quick gains by implementing the new curriculum, resulting in a lack of good study habits.
