沥青混合料疲劳极限的存在是永久路面结构设计的主要理论依据,因此掌握沥青层底应变的分布和应变行为规律是永久路面设计的关键.通过现场实测数据,分析了永久路面试验路的交通组成、轴载谱及路面温度分布规律.通过轴载控制检测,分析了动态应变脉冲的特征,建立了最大纵向应变与温度、轴载的回归模型.根据轴载谱、温度分布及应变回归模型,对不同路面结构全年的最大应变分布进行了分析.根据疲劳极限理论,提出永久路面疲劳寿命的累积损伤分析法,并用累积损伤法对试验路的疲劳寿命进行了计算分析.
Asphalt mixture fatigue limit is the main theoretical basis of permanent pavement structure design.Therefore, to master the distribution and strain behavior of asphalt layer at the bottom of the pavement is the key to the design of permanent pavement.Through the field test data, the analysis of the permanent pavement test road traffic composition , Axle load spectrum and pavement temperature distribution.The characteristics of the dynamic strain pulse were analyzed and the regression model of the maximum longitudinal strain, temperature and axial load was established.According to the axial load spectrum, temperature distribution and strain regression model, According to fatigue limit theory, the cumulative damage analysis method for permanent pavement fatigue life is proposed, and the fatigue life of test pavement is calculated and analyzed by using cumulative damage method.
