体育课上“差生”或“问题生”的表现会给课堂的教学组织带来较大干扰与麻烦,让体育老师深感头疼。尽管如此,但作为任课老师则应正确对待,要深入实际,切实做好他们的思想教育工作。本文主要以2个典型事例阐述了“差生”或“问题生”的转化过程。事实证明,只要方法得当,就一定会使“差生”或“问题生”向好的方向转化,最终转变为优秀生。
Physical education class “poor students ” or “problem students ” performance will give classroom teaching organization more interference and trouble, so physical education teacher is deeply troubled. However, as a teacher should be treated correctly, to deepen the reality, and effectively do their ideological education. This article mainly expounds the transformation process of “poor student ” or “problem student ” in 2 typical cases. Facts have proved that as long as the method is properly, it will certainly make “poor students ” or “problem students ” into a good direction, and ultimately into excellent students.
