本文通过分析太阳纸业的股权融资、债权融资、伙伴融资以及和融资有关的几个财务指标,得出其融资偏好符合优序融资理论的结论。在文章结尾,作者根据太阳纸业的战略规划,指出太阳纸业作为国内最大的上市民营企业,应该把股权融资作为现阶段优先考虑的融资方式,以促进公司在世界范围内的长足发展。
By analyzing Sun Paper’s equity financing, debt financing, partner financing and several financial indicators related to financing, this paper concludes that its financing preference is in line with the theory of optimal financing. At the end of the article, according to the strategic planning of Sun Paper, the author points out that Sun Paper, as the largest listed private enterprise in China, should take equity financing as a priority financing method at the present stage to promote the rapid development of the Company in the world.
