近年来,农民的生活方式发生了很大变化,农作物秸秆作为生活燃料的利用价值急剧下降,秸秆产量随着粮食等主产品单位产量的不断提高而迅速增加,而且传统的秸秆利用方式逐渐被弱化和淘汰,大量剩余秸秆的处理成为农业生产中凸显的问题,大量秸秆被焚烧或腐烂在田间地头、村庄道路,堵塞渠道,影响交通,污染环境,破坏植被,危及农业生产和农村环境,甚至影响到高速公路行车和飞机起降,后果非常严重。因此搞好农作物秸秆综合利用技术的推广,寻求变废为宝的新途径,促进农业生产的可持续发展,已成为全社会高度关注和亟待解决的热点问题。
