为获得“大豆 根瘤菌”最佳共生组合,於1987年盆栽条件下,选用了9个适宜黄淮海地区的夏大豆品种,分别用8个大豆根瘤菌接种,共计81个共生组合。 结果表明,大豆根瘤菌菌株113—2,TAI—377,2048更具广谱亲和性,它们在高竞争结瘤和高共生固氮方面表现为一致性;菌株O05表现了高竞个结力,但固氮性中、下等;菌株2o5爿、助4和土著根瘤菌表现为低结用竞争和低因民一致性. 在 l犯塞年田间共生效应试验中,大豆根瘤&113—2与鲁三 2号为最住共生a合.大豆产量368.okg/ha,比对照增产!2.3%;蛋白产量!353.0k8/a,比对照增产!0.7%.
In order to obtain the best symbiotic combination of “soybean rhizobia”, nine summer soybean cultivars suitable for Huanghuaihai region were selected under pot culture conditions in 1987 and were inoculated respectively with eight soybean rhizobia strains for a total of 81 symbiotic combinations.
