在考察热处理过程中影响Co-γFe_O-3磁粉磁性能各因素的基础上,研究了热处理后磁粉矫顽力H。增值的机理。结果表明,包敷层中CoFe_2O_4的结晶度以及Co_xFe_(3-x)O_4过渡层的形成是磁性能提高的主要原因。还原处理后Fe~(2+)的存在是过渡层形成的根本因素。
Based on the investigation of the various factors affecting the magnetic properties of Co-γFe_O-3 magnetic particles during the heat treatment, the coercivity H of the magnetic particles after heat treatment was investigated. Value-added mechanism. The results show that the crystallinity of CoFe_2O_4 and the formation of Co_xFe_ (3-x) O_4 transition layer are the main reasons for the improvement of magnetic properties. The existence of Fe ~ (2+) after reduction treatment is the fundamental factor for the formation of transitional layer.
