作为医院管理中的一部分,即财务管理,是保障医院发展、有序经营的关键所在。随着互联网时代的快速发展,医院财务管理面临着革新挑战,这就要求不断变革传统经营方式、医院管理制度以及财务人才等各个方面。本文主要基于大数据下的形势,简要阐述了我国医院财务管理创新研究路上所存在的诸多问题,结合大数据形势发展下对医院财务管理的创新要求,提出了我国医院财务管理创新几点建议,以供参考。
As part of the hospital management, that is, financial management, is to protect the hospital development, orderly operation of the key. With the rapid development of the Internet era, hospital financial management is facing the challenge of innovation, which requires continuous reform of all aspects of the traditional management methods, hospital management system and financial personnel. Based on the situation under the big data, this article briefly elaborates many problems existing in the research of hospital financial management innovation in our country. Based on the innovation requirements of the hospital financial management under the situation of big data, this article puts forward some suggestions on the innovation of hospital financial management in our country, for reference.
