随着社会经济的迅速发展,电力企业也迫切需要新的行动去更快的适应社会发展,薪酬绩效管理和人力资源的管理有着密不可分,加强薪酬管理就必须建立良好的薪酬制度。只有建立良好的体系才能充分调动员工的积极性,为企业鞠躬尽瘁。本文从薪酬绩效管理所存在的问题和状态以及如何做好电力企业薪酬绩效的管理方案等方面做出分析。
With the rapid development of society and economy, power companies also urgently need new actions to adapt more quickly to social development. Payroll performance management and human resource management are inextricably linked. To improve pay management, a sound remuneration system must be established. Only by establishing a good system can we fully mobilize the enthusiasm of our staff and do our utmost for the enterprise. This article analyzes the existing problems and status of pay performance management and how to do a good job in the management of pay performance of electric power enterprises.
