敦煌石窟和不断发现的墓室壁画如《孙位高逸图》、《宫乐图》等,大都被推许为认识唐代绘画的法式。尽管那些壁画的作者都是民间的,但在晋顾恺之之后,这一士大夫的画派影响了民间的绘画艺术,到唐代达到了高峰。因此,唐代壁画与士大夫画派已合二为一了。北宋米芾总结唐代人物画说:“唐人以吴道子集大成为格式,故多似。”
The Dunhuang Grottoes and the constantly-discovered tomb murals such as “Sun Yat-sen Figure” and “Gong Le Tu” are most likely to be regarded as the French style of understanding of the Tang Dynasty paintings. Although the authors of these mural paintings were all folk, after Jin Kai-ki was drafted, the painting style of the doctor influenced the folk art of painting and reached its peak in the Tang Dynasty. Therefore, the murals of the Tang Dynasty and Scholar-Bureaucrats have merged into one. The Northern Song Dynasty rice cake summed up the Tang Dynasty figure painting said: “The Tang Dynasty Wu Daizi became a large format, so much like.”
