研究了Al_2O_3和SiO_2添加剂对UO_2芯块晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:加入少量的Al_2O_3和SiO_2,可有效促进烧结过程中UO_2芯块的晶粒度长大,过量加入则会阻碍烧结过程中UO_2芯块的致密化;在添加量一定的情况下,添加不同比例的Al_2O_3和SiO_2,对芯块晶粒尺寸有较大影响,只添加SiO_2,对芯块晶粒尺寸影响不大,Al_2O_3添加量增加,芯块晶粒尺寸随之增加;添加Al_2O_3和SiO_2促进UO_2芯块晶粒长大的机制是在烧结期间发生了液相烧结。
The effects of Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 additives on the grain size of UO 2 pellets were investigated. The results show that the addition of a small amount of Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 can effectively promote the grain growth of UO 2 pellets during the sintering process. Excessive addition of Al 2 O 3 will hinder the densification of UO 2 pellets during the sintering process. Different proportions of Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 have a significant effect on the grain size of the pellets. Adding only SiO 2 has little effect on the grain size of the pellets, while increasing the amount of Al 2 O 3 and increasing the grain size of the pellets.
