ZY760活塞杆头部成形一般多采用自由锻锤上的胎模成形,试制时易出现头部两凸台不能充满的现象。通过采用ANSYS软件对实际成型过程的仿真模拟,发现导致胎模锻不能成形的主要原因是模腔的一端是自由面,大量的金属沿轴向向无约束端流动,而向上下凸台流动的金属很少。将自由端增加约束并进行有限元模拟,则上下凸台能够成形,在生产中改用在5 t模锻锤上开式模锻,解决了ZY760活塞杆头部的成型问题。
