目的:调查了解幼儿园室内空气质量变化情况。方法:采用平板沉降法。用普通营养琼脂平板(直径9 cm)采样,采样环境均为>30 m2的房间,每间房室内分别设置5个采样点,按照东、南、西、北、中布点,每点距墙1 m。采样高度为垂直地面50 cm。结果:活动室与睡眠室空气中自然污染菌在总体分布上基本一致;同一天内上、下午不同时间室内空气质量变化不大;通风良好的室内空气质量较关闭门窗的室内空气质量好;在室内空气湿度相对较高的状况下,空气污染菌量相对较高。结论:开窗通风有利于清新室内空气、干燥环境,托幼园所每天应进行开窗通风。
Objective: To investigate the changes of kindergarten indoor air quality. Methods: The plate settlement method. Sampling with ordinary nutrient agar plates (9 cm in diameter), the sampling environment was> 30 m2 of rooms, each room were set up 5 sampling points, according to East, South, West, North, m. Sampling height is 50 cm above ground level. Results: The activities of natural contaminants in the living room and sleeping room were basically the same in the whole distribution. The indoor air quality did not change much at different times in the same day and in the same day; the indoor air quality in good ventilation was better than that in the closed doors and windows; Air humidity is relatively high, with relatively high air humidity. Conclusion: Window ventilation is conducive to fresh indoor air, dry environment, child care centers should be carried out daily window ventilation.
